Privacy policy
Last updated 3 October 2026. This page explains what Daee Media collects when you use daeemedia.com, why, who else sees it, and how to have it removed.
Who we are
Daee Media is a founder-led Meta advertising and lead generation agency. You can reach us at service@daeemedia.com about anything on this page.
What we collect
What you give us. When you apply for a Proof Trial, request a revenue report, or email us, we collect what you type: your name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, business name, website, and your answers about your business.
What your browser tells us. Standard technical data when you visit: pages viewed, referring site, device and browser type, approximate location (country level), and how the page performed. We use cookies and similar technologies for this, described below.
How we use it
To reply to you, assess whether we can help, run a Proof Trial if you start one, keep records of our conversations, measure which of our own marketing works, and improve the site. We do not sell your personal data.
Tools that handle your data
We use these providers to run the site and our own marketing. Each handles data under its own privacy terms.
- Zoho (CRM, forms and marketing automation) stores the details you submit and runs page analytics.
- Meta (Pixel and Conversions API) receives page events and, when you submit a form, a hashed (one-way encrypted) version of your email and phone so we can measure our advertising.
- Vercel hosts the site and provides web analytics and speed measurement.
- Calendly handles bookings if you book a call through an embedded scheduler.
- PayPal processes any deposit you pay. We never see your card details.
- Google Fonts serves the typefaces on this site.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry and client records for as long as they are useful for the purposes above, and delete them when you ask us to.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to show you what we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop contacting you, by emailing service@daeemedia.com. If you are in the UK, EU, Canada or another region with data-protection law, you have the rights that law gives you, and the same email is how to use them. You can also block cookies in your browser settings or use your browser's tracking protection, and the site will still work.
Children
This site is for business owners and is not directed at children.
